Dealers received the letters on the same day that Citroën UK announced the appointment of its managing director. 

Gary Savage will join the French brand on June 16 to replace Xavier Duchemin, who has become head of marketing and communications at Citroën’s headquarters in Paris.

Savage was most recently head of marketing and brand development for Audi in Russia, but previously held several roles within Audi UK, including head of sales and marketing and head of operations.
