Robert Stern BMW/Mini in Worcester has been sold to Rybrook Group.

The dealership, which employs around 100 staff, was understood to have been struggling.

Advisors on the acquisition for Rybrook Group said: "The owners of Robert Stern felt that the best way forward for the company was to be part of a larger group."

Rybrook already represents BMW/Mini at Shrewsbury, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.
