The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) will change its national phone number on September 1 to 03 001 239 000.

03 numbers are cheaper to call than the 08 number that VOSA has been using, and the new number works already.

The old 08 number will still work for 18 months, but workshops and MoT stations which dial it will get an invitation to redial on the new, lower rate number.
