Griggs previously worked at General Motors, in a variety of senior aftersales roles in sales and marketing for Vauxhall, including heading its 35-strong aftersales operations team.
He takes overall responsibility for Seat UK customer satisfaction and parts sales objectives, and will develop and enhance the strategic direction of the brand’s aftersales operation.
