The four-door Continental is now available in two models: the basic Flying Spur and the new, high-performance Flying Spur Speed, which packs a 600bhp version of Bentley’s 12-cylinder engine, which makes it Bentley’s fastest car ever.
The performance orientated Speed version was inspired by Bentley’s first Speed models in the 1920s and will hit 0-62mph in 4.2 seconds and go on to a top speed of 200mph.
Subtle styling changes include a new upright grille, new air intake and new rear bumper. The ride-height has been lowered by 10mm and the suspension amd steering have also been retuned.
Prices start at £117,500 for the standard Continental Flying Spur and rise to £133,300 for the Continental Flying Spur Speed. An on sale date is yet to be announced but Bentley dealers are taking orders now.
