Fiat Automobile Group increased its global revenues by 8.8% to €7.4 billion (£5.8bn) in the first quarter of this year.
The Italian manufacturer delivered a total of 563,600 units in Q1, up 4.1% year-on-year.
Deliveries were down in Italy (-11.7%) but increased in France (27.3%) and Germany (15.3%).
Deliveries to the UK were down 3.6% and demand in Spain was particularly weak with a 31% decrease.
Fiat’s Punto, Panda and 500 models where the best sellers throughout Europe in Q1, with the 500 reaching 182,000 orders since its launch in January.
Fiat Group has increased its revenues by 10% to €15 billion (£11.8bn) in the first quarter.
