The Hendy Group has developed a dedicated management training programme in conjunction with the Henry Ford College. The courses are aimed at senior managers and those taking their first steps on the managerial ladder.
They are split into four modules culminating in eight courses and cover subjects such as developing the business, building successful teams, motivating others and decision making.
The programme is split into two tiers – the first for supervisors, senior sales executives and assistant managers and the second for current managers.
Clare Hendy, group HR manager at the Hendy group, whose franchises include Ford and Mazda, helped develop the courses which are due to become an integral part of the companies training structure.
Russell Edge, training consultant at the Henry Ford College, said: “We have listened to what Hendy need in terms of professional development and created a bespoke programme just for them.”
