Watford Jaguar has appointed Simon Strickson, as its new financial controller.

Strickson was previously the group chief accountant for Motorline, a group of 20 dealerships throughout Kent representing eight different motor marques.

Mike Dodds, Watford Jaguar general manager, said: “Simon has a strong track record as a top quality finance professional who knows the motor trade inside out.

“We have experienced strong sales in our first half year’s trading, and our finance team is expanding in response to this. Simon’s experience working across a wide range of dealerships and brands makes him the ideal candidate to join the team.”
