Mondial UK, the dealer assistance company, has appointed Nigel Hanley as the new dealer principal of its technical services and training centre in Warrington.

Hanley will have overall responsibility for the facility and will be tasked with improving the efficiency and performance of the centre.

Robert James, director of technical services at Mondial, said: “Hanley has an in depth knowledge of the motor industry, with extensive experience in strategic operations and project management.

“He will be using this expertise to work closely with local commerce to actively promote the site and identify new retail opportunities.”

The Warrington based centre hosts training, recruitment selection and induction days for dealers and manufacturers.

Mondial also provides accredited courses to external companies by its own team of technical instructors.

Hanley said: “I will be working to implement a retail infrastructure into the Warrington business.

“My main focus will be on looking for additional sources of revenue streams outside the conventional model. This is an exciting new venture for Mondial as it continues to grow, while maintaining a clear focus on its core business of roadside assistance and recovery.”
