JCT600 has acquired a Vauxhall dealership in Castleford from Pendragon for an undisclosed sum.

The new site, situated near Glasshoughton Retail Outlet, brings JCT600’s total Vauxhall dealerships to three with the others based in Bradford and Shipley.

The Castleford dealership has an eight car showroom, 11 bay workshop with MoT testing facilities and a range of new vehicles plus Network Q used cars.

All existing staff, including general manager Ian Wilson, who has been at the Vauxhall dealership for over six years, will remain at the site.

JCT600 will be spending £3 million on a complete refurbishment. Les Cooper, JCT600 Vauxhall brand director, will oversee the development programme with JCT600 property director Mark Taylor.
