London taxi manufacturer LTI Vehicles has appointed former SsangYong UK operations director Rob Laidler as sales director.

Laidler is tasked with developing LTI’s relationships with its network of nine dealers, to help maximise UK sales of the TX4 taxi.

Former LTI sales and marketing manager Matthew Cheyne will now take on the role of international market development director, responsible for expansion into overseas markets.

Laidler said: “I’m looking forward to working closely with the dealers to develop programmes that deliver high levels of service and value for money for our customers.”
