Ian Stewart has been appointed as the new general manager of Bristol Street Motors (BSM) Worksop Peugeot.

He leaves Pendragon owned Evans Halshaw Peugeot in Leeds where he was sales manager to take up the new general manager role at BSM.

Stewart will be in charge of the Worsop site which has seen a £250,000 refurbishment completed in December.

Colin Kent (operations director) said: "I am very pleased that Ian has taken this role since he is a young talent who is an excellent motor retail professional.

"Coupled with the investment in the dealership at Worksop, we believe this business will have an excellent 2008 under his leadership."
