Three of the most experienced dealer principals in the Hatfields group are swapping roles with each other as part of a management restructure.

With effect from this month, Andy Maddock takes on Jaguar Hull after a period in charge at Jaguar Wakefield; Graeme Bailey moves from Jaguar Hull to the group’s multi-franchise site at York; and John Bee leaves York to assume control at Jaguar Wakefield.

Gareth Williams, Hatfields group managing director, believes the changes will bring benefits for customers and for the company.

“By rotating responsibilities at the highest level, we aim to enhance the quality and service at each of the three dealerships,” he said.

“We are confident that these new dealer principals will continue to deliver the experience that our customers and prospects rightly expect. People are the unique strength of our business, and we encourage our staff to develop their skills and experiences at every opportunity.”

The other management positions at each of the sites remain unaffected.
