Hendy Group has completed its £1m investment in a newly-built bodyshop in Segensworth, near Fareham, Hampshire.

Staff have now moved to the 22,000sq ft facility which replaces the group’s old repair centre at nearby Chandler’s Ford.

“Starting with a clean sheet has enabled us to create the very best use of the 22,000 sq ft with a logical progression through the bodyshop for cars,” said Dave Bridges, group bodyshop manager.

“We have the very latest equipment available and with around 50 people working on site we handle throughput of around 80 cars a week,” he said.
