The Carter & Carter Group, the learning solutions and outsource support services provider, has appointed Nigel Kirkham as group chief operating officer (COO).

Kirkham will help the group strengthen Carter & Carter’s vocational learning position and joins just after the group acquired three new businesses: IMS, NTP and Quantica Training.
