Roberto Ronchi will take over from Karl-Heinz Kalbfell as chief executive officer of Maserati, with immediate effect.

Kalbfell has decided to pursue 'other interests'.

Ronchi previously took care of fleet and network development for Fiat Auto, and he will retain this responsibility in his new job.
