DaimlerChrysler Fleet Management has appointed Steve Durrant as its new managing director, succeeding Geoff Robinson.

Robinson has been promoted within the DaimlerChrysler Group to director of sales, marketing and remarketing for DaimlerChrysler Truck Financial in Oregon, USA.

The changeover takes effect from today.

Durrant is also managing director of the commercial vehicle leasing provider Mercedes-Benz CharterWay, and will direct the two operations concurrently.
