Black Horse Motor Finance has appointed Paul Brotherton as the company’s new national operations director.

His motor finance career started with Chartered Trust in 1989 as a trainee before taking over as Birmingham area manager in 1994. He became part of the Black Horse team when Lloyds UDT and Chartered Trust combined in 2001.
