Sytner is now only weeks away from relocating its BMW franchise in Chigwell, Essex, into a purpose-built facility in nearby Loughton.

The 2.08-acre site was acquired last year for £3.7m and will be home to a new BMW showroom for 12 cars, a standalone six-car Mini showroom, a 12-bay workshop shared by both brands, parking for 211 cars, plus a 280sq ft parts department.

At any one time, the dealership will stock 40 used BMWs and 20 used Minis.
