The after sales centre invited the British Standards Institution Kitemark inspectors to measure technical competence, including a framework of performance measures for the servicing and repair of vehicles, as well as customer service.
Tim Collier, after sales manager at Whitehouse Chrysler, said: “This is a great achievement by all the team here. We have always recognised the importance of providing a top quality service to our customers and this success recognises that.”
“It is important to change the perceptions of the automotive industry which some people still hold and we aim to be a market leader in doing so.”
