Fiat designed the programme to ‘ensure customers receive high standards of repair and service from bodyshops used by the Fiat Auto dealer network’
Steve Harding, national services field operations manager, Fiat Auto UK, said: "It is essential that our customers receive a full range of services from our dealers and the programme will ensure that this includes body repair.
"Many of our dealers already realise the benefits this holistic approach brings to their business, but the expertise of our programme partners will ensure that this is enjoyed by the whole network."
