Ricardo UK, the automotive technology engineer, has appointed Raul Meyer Murguia as its new business development director.

Meyer joins Ricardo from Capgemini where he was vice president of the global manufacturing, high tech and automotive unit based in Dusseldorf, Germany.

He will report directly to Dave Shemmans who is managing director of Ricardo UK and CEO of Ricardo.
