European Motor Holdings has disposed of a Lexus, a Mazda and three Toyota dealerships in South Manchester for £13.2 million to the RRG Group.

The dealerships located in Stockport, Denton and Macclesfield were acquired in July when EMH bought Smith Knight Fay.

EMH said it has been approved as a Toyota and Lexus franchise partner and the disposal of the dealerships was in line with the manufacturers' market area arrangements.

It said the disposals would not have an impact on the group's forecast results for either the year ending February 28 or the subsequent financial year.
