Renault said there would be no price increases for the revised Megane Renaultsport range.
Standard equipment includes climate control, full leather interior and 60 watt CD/MP3 RDS radio.
The French manufacturer is also producing a Formula One special edition version, which includes, Cup chassis (includes Brembo front brakes, disconnectable ESP, Dunlop SportMaxx tyres, uprated dampers and springs), new ‘black-gloss’ 18-inch alloys with matching door mirrors and Recaro front seats.
The latest addition to the Renaultsport range also features Renault F1 Team decals and badging on the front wings and front and rear bumpers, plus a numbered plaque at the base of the centre console.
Orders for the new Megane 2006 range can be ordered from February 1 at Renault dealers nationwide.
