Dealers will fail to invoice for £12m of work this year, according to research by Epyx, the company behind 1link Service Network e-commerce platform.

The 1link platform identifies where an invoice is not raised for a job that has already been authorized – something that happens in almost 3% of jobs. Across the industry, around £12m is left uninvoiced.
