Euro Car Parts has launched an aftermarket training academy to provide government-approved training for its sales trainees.
The Euro Academy already has 32 young people from the company’s workforce ready to begin a three year NVQ Level Three apprenticeship in parts operations. The training will be provided by Assa Training and Learning, part of Carter & Carter.
“Euro Academy will produce a workforce with the most in-depth knowledge of aftermarket car parts and accessories in the UK. Our customers will benefit most,” says Mark Wardell, group marketing manager.
