The awards honour the outstanding companies rated by quality, service and innovation against a matrix of criteria that characterize the top businesses.
We are looking for measurable improvements over the past 12 months. Tell us what you have done, how you went about making changes and how you are monitoring improvements. Carter & Carter will again carry out assessments through a combination of mystery shopping and interviews.
Four new categories are introduced this year. New car of the year will be won by the model we believe offers best customer value, performance and opportunity for retailer profits in its sector, while used car of the year will assess residuals, carmaker programmes and remarketing strategies.
Internet retailer will focus on the company making best use of online marketing and sales, while innovation in property will be won by the dealer making best use of their site, be it gin palace, multi-franchised or small rural outlet.
