Applicants for inclusion onto the programme, which is managed by Carter & Carter, must achieve the highest standards of repair quality to qualify. It must commit to investing in the latest equipment, with an emphasis on specialist aluminium repair.
“We have made a substantial investment in specific equipment but we expect to see an increase in business as a result of being on the network,” says Martin May, director of Falmouth Coachworks.
Established for 27 years, Falmouth Coachworks employs 14 full-time staff and conducts approximately 20 Land Rover repairs a week. It is also an approved BMW repairer.
George Mars, technical development specialist for Carter & Carter says: “Falmouth Coachworks is a small, tightly run workshop, dedicated to providing excellent levels of service to their customer base and produce first rate paint finishes. So they very much satisfy the criteria for inclusion within the network.”
