NGK Spark Plugs deputy MD Brian Childs has presented a donation of £17,500 to industry charity BEN, the Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund.

The cash was raised during a trade promotion in April in which NGK made a donation for every spark plug and glow plug ordered. Sixty NGK customers also contributed to the total.
