Audi has confirmed the pricing for its new RS 4 quattro, which can be ordered from March 30 for deliveries in October and is priced at £49,980 OTR.

The 4.2-litre V8 petrol engine produces 418bhp and accelerates from 0 to 62mph in just 4.8 seconds.

Specification includes, 19-inch alloy wheels, 18-inch disc brakes, engine starter button, aluminium pedals, sports steering wheel, leather upholstered bucket seats with electrically inflatable side supports and a carbon fibre trim.

RS 4 quattro standard equipment also includes cruise control, front seat heating, a BOSE sound system, front and rear acoustic parking sensors and electronic tyre pressure monitoring.
