Land Rover has forecast that sales will be boosted by 15% this year and the SUV brand will turn a profit.
"We are looking for 15% more Land Rover global sales this year," says Joe Greenwell, Jaguar and Land Rover chairman, at the Geneva Motor Show today.
Greenwell said Land Rover is ‘poised for a wave of growth’ in 2005 led by new products and will be pushing to get the brands quality levels up to the same standard as Jaguar.
"I don't expect any growth in Jaguar this year," he added, reiterating that Jaguar was not expected to break even until 2007.
