Mazda has appointed Steve Jelliss as aftersales director.

He takes over from Adam Pumfrey, who becomes fleet and remarketing director.

Jelliss joined Mazda in 2004 from Ford and was customer relationship marketing manager before his promotion.

He will be responsible for customer services, warranty, parts and the technical department and service.
