Liverpool MP Peter Kilfoyle has promised an investigation into RAC personal injury promotional literature being handed out by police forces to accident victims.

A BBC Radio 4 programme cited Merseyside and Gloucestershire forces as being two of 16 who are co-operating with the RAC in allowing their logos to be displayed on its documents.
