The work at Heartlands is part of a national refurbishment programme undertaken by Ford Retail to improve facilities throughout its dealer network.
Although predominantly involved in high-street retail refurbishment, Dean & Bowes has also undertaken projects for Bentley, Citroën and MG dealerships. It plans to grow in the automotive sector.
Jim Parker, managing director of Dean & Bowes, says: “The automotive retail sector is reviewing its showroom facilities more regularly to ensure they match the aspirations and style of consumers.”
The eight-week Heartlands programme will involve full internal refurbishment of the building, including the upgrade of lighting.
The work will be phased and carried out while the showroom continues trading.
