Following discussions with the FSA, the Body Repair Industry Campaign (BRIC) has issued a new document summarising the legal obligations of repairers under the financial regulations that take effect from January 14, 2005.

This new summary now incorporates issues such as credit hire and post accident insurance where matters have now been clarified.
