Auto Trader is now supplying used UK specification Subarus on its website.

Ninety Subaru dealers have signed up for the scheme which links their stock to the site at www.autotrader.co.uk.

"We believe this gives us a distinct advantage as it distances our cars from dubious ‘grey’ imports and cars of uncertain history," said Subaru national fleet and used car manager, Harvey France.

"It is a great opportunity for our dealer network and provides a link for them to sell finance and insurance plus our ‘Proven’ officially-backed used car warranty with its data check and 30 day exchange plan."

Since Subaru began the pilot programme in March with a small number of dealers the scheme has grown to 450,000 views per month.

Autotrader.com is seen as a complementary site to Subaru’s bespoke site offering officially approved used vehicles.

All data and stock lists are quality checked and updated every night, ensuring the used car information is as fresh as possible.
