A dedicated service advice centre is part of £1.5m aftersales facilities unveiled this month at the Ringways Leeds Ford dealership.
The area allows technicians to discuss recommended work and costs involved with customers on a one-to-one basis.
“The idea is to give customers peace of mind prior to commencement of the service,” says Ringways’ aftersales manager Chris Alder. “This way the customer has a full and clear understanding of what work is to be carried out and why.”
The new facility includes 15 service bays, a Ford Rapid Fit centre, and a parts retail centre holding more than £1m of stock. Customers are offered free collection and delivery or loan car provision.
