A director of failed car business Harold Elston & Sons in Powys has been banned from being a company director for five years.
Graham Moore Parker, 62, was accused by the Insolvency Service of allowing the company to fail, of failing to maintain adequate accounting records and failing to settle finance agreements on vehicles to FCE Bank plc and First National Motor Finance.
The business went into receivership in October 2001 with estimated debts of £521,227.
