The 12,000sq ft building incorporates the company’s office, warehouse, training and demonstration facilities all under one roof. Managing director Quintin Cornforth says the move will help the comp-any reach its manufacturer, dealer, vehicle auction and fleet customers more quickly.
“As we are a national operation, with mobile technicians, we needed a central location. In this respect Birmingham fits the bill, particularly since the opening of the M6 Toll,” he explains.
Dent Wizard recently dispatched a repair team to Dover following a massive hailstorm that caused thousands of pounds of damage to bodywork of new vehicles in the port’s storage areas.
Ford has signed a deal worth almost £3m to supply around 200 vehicles to Dent Wizard for use in the UK. These include Focus TDCi models for sales reps and painless dent repair technicians, plus Connect vans for paint and trim technicians who operate under the Flying Colours brand. Ford’s PAG brands are available to the management team.
