Pendragon has cut the period of notice of termination it is required to give to its chief executive Trevor Finn from two years to one.

The announcement by the board says this has been done in line with the Combined Code on Corporate Governance, issued by the Financial Reporting Council.

Finn could not be contacted before this issue of AM went to press.
