Daihatsu is celebrating the first birthday of its Charade city car with a summer offer that sees the car on sale at launch price.

With £300 off every Charade variant from July 1 to September 30, the entry-level three-door ‘EL’ model is once again available for £5,995 on-the-road.

The five-door EL reverts to £6,495, and the five-door SL, which comes with air-conditioning, alloy wheels and side airbags as standard, is now £6,995.

Standard equipment across the range includes, power steering, electric front windows and door mirrors, central-locking, a CD tuner, driver and passenger airbags and ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD).
