The proposed Mercedes-Benz Heritage and Technology Centre at Brooklands has been granted detailed planning permission by Elmbridge Borough Council.

The planned centre, on a 150 acre site adjacent to the remains of the Brooklands circuit, will showcase new and historic Mercedes-Benz cars and the latters' association with Brooklands. 60 acres of community space, country park and riverside nature walks are also included in the development.
