In its second consecutive year of growth, the RMI has increased its membership beyond 10,000 businesses.

Beryl Walsh Atkins, RMI director of membership services, commented: “Our membership is climbing due to the RMI's position at the forefront on issues as diverse as Block Exemption, warranties, MOT fees, and many more. Businesses know that the RMI is working to improve conditions for them, and they join to help the process of change.”

The RMI is also retaining more members. Walsh Atkins says: “Retention is the best it has been for more than a decade.”
