Remploy Automotive has won two important export orders to supply car parts to Germany and Sweden.

The UK specialist already exports millions of pounds worth of Ford service kits to Ford’s giant distribution hub centres in Valencia, Spain and Cologne in Germany.

Remploy has now won orders to supply gasket kits to General Motors in Germany and cam belt kits to Volvo in Sweden.

Both orders will be dealt with by Remploy Automotive’s Coventry factory.

Cam belt kits for Volvo will be supplied to the Swedish company’s aftermarket parts division in Gothenburg, and could be the forerunner of further orders.

Disabled people will carry out almost all the kitting work at Remploy. Remploy is the UK’s largest provider of employment opportunities for disabled people.
