Jaguar workers have voted to accept a pay offer, recommended by trade union Amicus.
Workers at Jaguar’s West Midlands plants voted by 74% and at the Halewood plant by 69% to accept an offer of 3.3% this year and a further minimum 3% for next year.
Tony Murphy, the Amicus national officer for motor vehicles, says that the offer was a fair one ‘in the current circumstances’.
“We look forward to working with Jaguar in maintaining future car production at all three of the Jaguar sites,” he says.
