ADP Claims Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ABZ Group B.V., a private company in the Netherlands, which has been one of ADP repair data system subsidiary Audatex's licensees since 1981. The transaction is expected to be completed early this year.

ABZ, based at Zeist in The Netherlands, has revenues of about €40 million and provides web-based services mainly to the insurance and automotive industries.
