A judge in the case brought in the US by former Chrysler shareholder and 'corporate raider' Kirk Kerkorian against Juergen Schremmp and other DaimlerChrysler executives concluded on Monday that there was no evidence that Daimlerchrysler had deliberately withheld evidence that might have assisted the Kerkorian camp in pursuing its claim that the Chrysler-Daimler-Benz merger was effectively a take-over.

No date has yet been set for the resumption of the principal case, which was delayed by the late discovery of documents.
