BMW dealers in Germany are in open revolt over company moves which they believe will squeeze their margins.

A new draft contract raises wholesale vehicle prices while leaving suggested retail prices unchanged.

The head of BMW's German dealer association, which represents 90 per cent of the 405 independent BMW dealers in Germany, says the group will recommend that its members reject the proposal.
