The new BMW Performance Centre at the Rockingham race circuit near Corby, Northants, will accommodate a programme of internal and external BMW activities, featuring BMW cars, motorcycles and associated technologies.

These programmes will target current and aspiring BMW customers and visitors to Rockingham, as well as facilitating BMW company activities in the UK such as BMW training, new product launch activities, corporate events and dealer-driven events.

The BMW Performance Centre at Rockingham will open its doors in November. A programme of public and corporate activities is planned for 2004, when BMW will launch six new cars (6 Series Coupe, 6 Series Convertible, 5 Series Touring, X3, 1 Series, the convertible MINI), a raft of new model variants and the inaugural Formula BMW UK Championship.
