The relationship between Lexus and its UK network of centres is stronger, more effective and more rewarding than for any other manufacturer, says the company, quoting the results of the latest Dealer Attitude Survey by the National Franchised Dealers Association. The survey shows Lexus performing better than any other brand overall and achieving a maximum satisfaction rating in a number of key areas.

Lexus's pre-eminence was confirmed in its dealers' response to the question of how they rate the value of their franchise, compared to all other franchises. On a one-to-10 scale, Lexus achieved 9.8, ousting BMW from the top spot.
